DAWN: Before I make any purchase in a store, it is
absolutely imperative for me to do research at home.
It helps me save time.
It gets me focused when I go into the store.
LOUIS: I'm pretty much an online research fanatic.
I Google everything.
JOHN: I don't like shopping in general.
The more information I have before I get to a store, the
better I am so that I can go in, find what I'm looking for,
purchase, and leave.
MINA: What I am looking for in my research
is definitely reviews.
It's not the company telling me.
It's not the stores.
It's normal people like myself that have made purchases.
DAWN: I have my little Best Buy application on here.
I use this, too, for amazon.com research, as well.
But here's my favorite little guy.

DAWN: I always like to go to the store before
I purchase a product.
JOHN: It's really helpful to be able to pick them up,
compare them side by side in your hand.
DAWN: Through my research, I really liked the Cannon.
MINA: Sony--
it offers me Pandora, Netflix.
JOHN: This is awesome.
I wonder what it works with.

JOHN: Using my smartphone was really handy today because I
got to learn a lot about the product, more so than was
written on a box.
MINA: I'm able to carry with me my research.
DAWN: Pretty good reviews for Samsung.
MALE SPEAKER: Check out?
LOUIS: I'm ready.
JOHN: The research I did yesterday really narrowed down
the kind of things that I was looking for.
And the stuff I did today actually helped me feel good
about my purchase, and definitely feel
good about the price.
DAWN: I actually purchased exactly what
I researched online.
And I spent a lot of time at home doing my research.
And it paid off.
