The cause of hemorrhoids was recently discovered,
but before learning about the cause it is necessary to understand the existing
methods
of treating hemorrhoids
The presenting symptom of chronic hemorrhoids is bleeding.
Your doctor will offer you different kinds of treatments
mostly ointments and suppositories containing a combination of analgesics,
emollients, astringents and anti-inflammatory medications.
To prevent straining during defecation, you'll be advised to consume fiber and
bulk-forming agents.
All these treatments will provide you with temporary relief
only.In a considerable number of patients,
the hemorrhoids will continue bleeding and gradually proceed
to the next stage: prolapse
You will have no choice but to visit a proctologist,
who will offer you a variety of invasive treatments, as shown in the table.
The aim of all these treatments is not to cure the hemorrhoid,
but to destroy it
There can be both short and long-term complications, including pain,
bleeding, fever, sepsis, *** stricture
and fecal incontinence.
On the whole, more invasive treatments involve a higher risk of complications.
Eventually, the proctologist or surgeon will destroy the hemorrhoid,
but in many cases it is only a matter of time
until another hemorrhoid will start bothering you.
Additional kinds of hemorrhoid treatments are folk treatments
or so-called natural treatments. Some of them are merely
anecdotal and others may help relieve hemorrhoidall symptoms
for day or two
The reason there are so many types of hemorrhoid treatment
is a lack of knowledge of the cause of hemorrhoids, and as a result,
all treatments are aimed at treating the symptoms
Happily the cause of hemorrhoids was recently discovered:
the unnaturally high expulsive pressure that is necessary for defecation
when sitting on a toilet bowl. Expulsive pressures during defecation
can reach over 200 millimetres of mercury. Repeated assaults of such
pressure on hemorrhoidal tissue
during protracted defecation nullify the therapeutic effects of ointments and
suppositories
almost immediately.
The effect of dietary fiber and bulk-forming agents on hemorrhoidal disease
was studied in at least two trials; however,
the authors could not confirm that hemorrhoidal symptoms would be improved
by increasing dietary fiber.
Proctorlogical or surgical treatments can ablate the hemorrhoid,
but repeated assaults of 200 millimetres of mercury of pressure
during each defecation will continue to damage the remaining hemorrhoidal tissue
until a new hemorrhoid begins to bother you. Furthermore,
the *** sphincter will be damaged, and in addition to hemorrhoidal symptoms,
you will develop *** incontinence. Sorrow and misery!
Happily the solution has been found: the old
primitive squatting toilet
After many years of research, it was found that when a person assumes
squatting position
the recto-*** outlet is staight (as seen in this picture),
thus allowing quick and complete *** emptying.
Minimal explosive pressure prevents the development of hemorrhoids,
as well as damage to the organs in the vicinity of the expulsive pressure.
Indeed in epidemiological studies it was found that diseases such as hemorrhoids,
constipation, *** fissures, diverticulosis coli,
hiatal hernias and urinary incontinence
occur very rarely in countries where squatting toilets
are common.
Accordingly we developed a new squatting toilet that is adapted to the sewage
system
ot the Western World. For information click on the link below
