Tone Your Thighs ‘n Get HOT Celebrity Legs
Liz DiAlto here, coming to you from sunny Southern California, as always showing you
how to get a tight body on a tight schedule.
Today I’m going to reveal three things that you can do to tone your thighs and get hot
celebrity legs. Now, I’m not talking about stick-twig, little supermodel legs. I’m
talking about the sexy, shapely kind, like J-Lo, Jessica Biel, Beyonce, and Kelly Ripa.
We all want them but think it’s impossible if we’re not genetically gifted with naturally
thin thighs that don’t touch. So today I’m going to give you three exercises to
defy genetics that you can use three to four times a week to get hot, celebrity-looking,
toned thighs. Let’s go.
Let’s get started. First off is the squat. Squats work your back, butt, hamstrings,
and quads, making them a super-efficient exercise. If you’re a beginner, you’ll want to
master a basic body weight squat before adding weights. If you’re intermediate or advanced,
you can add weights at your sides. You can also add a jump to make it apply-a-metric
exercise and get some cardio in too.
The second exercise is a reverse lunge. This also works your glutes, hamstrings, and quads
so again, super-efficient thigh-toning exercise. Similar to squats, depending on your fitness
level, you can do these in place, add weights, or make it apply-a-metric exercise.
Third and final is a sidestep shuffle. This exercise is still going to keep your glutes,
hamstrings, and quads going but I also want to get your inner and outer thighs directly
involved. The sidestep shuffle is exactly what it sounds like. I want you to stay
as low as you possibly can to keep those thigh muscles engaged and you’re going to shuffle
to the right and shuffle on back to the left.
Now that you’ve got the moves, it’s time to put them together. You’re going to
do each exercise for 45 seconds, rest for one minute, and repeat that circuit four times.
And don’t forget to celebrate.
Lastly to hit fast forward on your results, make sure you stick to a clean diet with lots
of green veggies, lean protein, and don’t forget to hydrate. For more free and useful
