Logging in as an employee of the IT.
User's dashboard with charts and summary tables.
List of incidents assigned to me. At first sight you have all the necessary information related to the incidents.
List of incidents not yet assigned. The IT user can quickly view more details clicking on "toggle view" of a specific incident.
Then by clicking on "View details" you see all the information concerning that incident.
List of activities of an incident. Each line immediately shows you what is changed from the previous status.
Key information always available over the logo. The IT user has 4 incidents assigned and 12 not yet assigned.
Quick search for "email".
The IT user is also involved in other steps of the current process. Here he changes step but he has no incidents assigned.
Menu on the right has changed accordingly to the user's permissions on the selected step.

I forgot the password. Let's ask what to do creating a new incident.
Choose the asset involved and confirm.
>> Back to the IT user interface.
A notification appears on the logo. A new incident has been created.
On the top of the unassigned incidents list you now find the new employee request.
As an IT user I decide to handle the request. I change, as an example, the priority to critical, add my own note and add a file.

The incident status has changed. Toggle view and then more details.
Incident has been assigned to the IT user.
