Hi, it's Karena and Katrina from Tone It Up, and we're here on Livestrong Woman. And lately,
so many of you have been saying, you know, I'm traveling on vacation and work, and we're
like "We are too." What do you do when you girls travel? Do you workout? And we have
a few secrets that we'll share with you, some moves that we do before bed or when we wake
up in a hotel room. Ready to go? Let's do it. Okay. Alright, let's come down onto your
hotel room floor, and you have grabbed your phonebook. Hey, who knew that you could still
use a phonebook these days? They still come in handy. We're doing a Staggered Push-up,
so that means one hand on the book, the other on the floor, and you're doing a push-up,
and switching hands. And to the other side. You can do this on your knees, or you can
do it on your toes, whatever -- oh, there we go. If you have less time, you can do the
more difficult way and just do fewer reps. There you go. Beautiful. And you can stack
several books up, if you want. Or you can use no books at all. So it's fun to kind of
mix in with some equipment. Okay, next, we're going to grab our hotel room chair from the
desk. Take a little seat there. And we're doing a Tricep Dip. So bring your *** out
away from the chair and dip, coming down until your arms are at 90 degrees, really pushing
and really using your triceps. If you want, you can extend one leg, make it a little more
challenging there. Good job. This works the tops of the thighs and your core. Full-body
workout on a hotel room chair. Sometimes when we're traveling, I'll look over and be like,
Karena, what are you doing? And she's doing the dips, and it'll be on rolly chair. If
it has wheels, push it against the wall. Yes, safety first. Alright, from here, we can go
into the next move -- it's called a Kitty Kat Pike. The Kitty Kat! So our toes go up
on the chair, and you can also use your bed for this. And pike up, and come down. And
*** up, and down. See, this is fun. I like to actually use the bed for this, because
I feel like your toes don't slip as much. Yeah. Alright, good job. And then the last
move we like to do is the Tone It Up Tummy Tuck on the chair. Just come down into your
plank position, a little elevated, and bring your knee to elbow, and down. Knee to elbow,
and down. And you know what you can even do from here is put a little push-up in there,
if you wanted to, you know, mix it up. Look at that. We whip up out the Tone It Up Tummy
Tuck a lot of different places, actually -- if you hang out with us, it'll be anywhere. It
could be, even, out for cocktails. Will be, yeah, out for a drink or at a meeting, and
we're just like, oh, I'm gonna do a couple dips here, a little squat. Alright, so there
