Hi, this is Leah Schaefer on behalf of Expert Village and today I’m going to show you
how to cook with a Dutch oven. So I have one stick of butter, I’m going to cut it in
half so it will fit in my bowl and I’m just going to pop it into the microwave to melt
it. I’m going to use the butter to brush onto the rolls of bread. Okay, we’ll let
the butter go for just under a minute, and then check it to see if it is melted, and
it is melted completely. So now we’re going to use the melted butter to brush each roll
of bread, and you’ll see that some of the pieces of bread are a little bit longer than
the others. Not a big deal, we’re going to take it and coil it all together any way
so it doesn’t matter if they are different sizes. We just want to make sure that we brush
each side, every little nook and cranny on the outside of the bread because that’s
what we are going to use to make all the good stuff, the sugar, the brown sugar and the
cinnamon stick to it. Okay, so that one looks good and we’re going to do that for each
roll of bread. That looks good, let’s give it one last little roll to make sure it sticks
together, the butter’s really going to help it become easier to work with too. And now
we’ll move on to make the coating for these.
