So TXU Energy operates in a very congested competitive environment. And working both
on line and off line, our focus is to engage with our consumers wherever they are shopping
for information about the services that we offer, where they’re looking at competitor
opportunities or at our opportunities. So we’re really doing everything that it takes
to maximize the information and the different channels that customers can find products
and services on. And so that has a lot to do with how we interact with on line search
partners, on line web properties, also what we’re doing in the traditional media space,
really trying to build awareness, consideration and drive transactions to our properties.
