Filter reservations based on building, floor number and room.
User can change the view from calendar form to list form
List of reservations can be filtered by reason, start date and end time
Clicking on a reservation will show additional information about this reservation
User can delete a reservation
User can also view all reservations in a list form
User can easily print reservations for a specific room or building or a floor in a building.
User can show reservation from a specific building, floor and room
User can search for available rooms at a specific time before placing a reservation
The user needs to specify room specification e.g.: capacity and equipment
Also the user needs to specify the starting date and time (based on periods or a custom time) of the reservation
The duration of the reservation in minutes and the number of consecutive days or weeks or even or odd weeks
Clicking on desired room name will open place reservation page with most of the reservation parameters filled
Fill the data of the reservation owner and the reason of the reservation

Viewing reservation placed in the system
Bulk reservation page used to add a set of reservations without specifying its time
and the system automatically generate reservation and put it in the system.
Reservations are put in the system in a pyramid form
Each Group represent a batch that might need to have its lectures in the same building
User can specify a building for each group (batch) created
A progress bar is shown to view the progress of the bulk reservation
Viewing bulk reservations placed in the system
New buildings can be added to the system
Also you can specify the building's location on google map
Admin must wait for the notification to be shown in order to confirm the addition of the building
Admin can add a room to the system
Admin have the ability to add users or admins to the system
The new user have to check his mail to continue his registration to the system
Admin can confirm pending reservations added by normal users also with the ability to filter reservations
Admin can view all buildings, edit and delete any building he wants with the ability to filter them.

in the same form of the sample excel file provided by Faculty of Engineering Alexandria University
User can edit his own account's data
