Hi. In this pose we're going to work on some more standing postures. Amy already is standing
in something called Tadasana. Her toes are touching. She's standing upright. She's going
to reach her arms forward and up, lifting, being mindful of the rib cage drawing in.
She's going to then, on her exhale, fold over in half, Uttanasana. Good. From here, she's
going to inhale, lift up half way; often called flat back. Her shoulders, again, reach back
behind. The outer edges of her upper arms roll back. She's going to, on her next exhale,
fold forward, Uttanasana. For a variation, she's going to then take her hands, her palms,
and place them behind her shins and she's going to press into her calves as she folds
forward.
