Hi my name is Allen Diwan and I'm the owner and chef of Kashmir Indian Restaurant in Budapest.
We are here on behalf of Expert Village. The dish we are going to make is a spicy mashed
potato with leeks. Then I'm going to use some mashed potatoes which have been boiled and
mashed. We are going to put that in next
fry. Mix it clearly and nicely into the leeks. Once it has taken in the spices and onion,
we are going to add a little bit of butter. We are going to add a nice little dollop into
it. The butter just uplifts the potato. The mashed potatoes are going to get a really
nice flavor now from the butter.
