Hello. I'm Mark from Three.
I'm going to take you through how to upgrade your Three phone online.
If you're in the last 30 days of your 24-month contract,
you can upgrade in your My3 account on your computer.
It's simple, quick, and easy to upgrade online.
I'm going to show you how to do it.
Log in to your My3 account on a computer.
If you haven't registered your My3 account, you'll need to do this now.
Once you've logged in, click 'Phone and contract'.
If you're eligible to upgrade, you'll see a banner at the top of the page
with a link that says 'Upgrade now'.
Click this and you'll enter the Online Upgrades store.
Here you can browse all the phones and plans you can upgrade to.
Choose the phone you want, then take a look at the plans on the right to find
the one that gives you the combination of minutes, texts and data you're looking for.
When you've found it, click 'Upgrade now' to add this phone and plan to your basket.
In the basket, you'll see how much you'll pay each month,
and the date your new phone will be delivered.
And if there's any upfront cost, this will be added to your next bill.
If you're happy with this, click 'Next'.
Then confirm your email address and check your delivery address is correct.
If it's not, you can change it by looking up your postcode and finding your new address.
Click 'Next'.
Read through your order summary to make sure it's correct.
When you're completely happy with everything, click 'Confirm your order'.
Once you've placed your upgrade order, we'll send you an email
to confirm what you've chosen, and your delivery date.
We'll even text you the morning your new phone's due to be delivered,
so you know it's on its way.
