Good morning this is Todd Foisy with your weather briefing for November 11
Let's start out with a look at the snow totals from the latest storm
not too much along the coast and just a few flakes along the coast a few flakes
in Bangor but as you head north
they got a good one to three inches and up to about four inches
caribou saw about 2.7 inches and over towards Moosehead Lake Region two to
locally three inches and so the first
couple inch snowfall of the season for some areas. the highs today will be a little
bit warmer looking for above freezing for all areas
mid-thirties over the North mid-forties over the South but a lot cooler air is
coming in for later in tomorrow
here's the temperatures this morning look at that cold air up over the
dakotas into Canada some single digits
in some areas that's headed our way later tonight with a cold front passing
through
we may see up to a quick inch of snow tonight as that front moves through
around midnight or into the early morning hours and also windy conditions
and wind chills tomorrow morning will be dropping into the single digits for most
areas
now tomorrow we're looking for highs below freezing over the north and in the
mid-thirties over the South so with that breeze it will fill
quite chilly out tomorrow and Wednesday continued cool with highs below freezing
over the North
mid-thirties over the South but we do see some warmer temperatures coming
towards the weekend as
highs rise up into the forties statewide
