Bakasana, Crane. This is a fun pose, takes some time to play with this pose. It's a balancing
pose of your arms. It's a pose that takes some time to get used to and the reason that
I say play with the pose, if you stay away from the pose, you'll never be able to do
the pose. So just give yourself sometime to play. So the first thing we're going to do
is going to just kind of squat down, angle your feet out and just kind of come down here.
And this is going to be your first place to see just how this feels for your body. We're
going to trade your feet in with your hands, cause your hands are going to be all the support.
Things that we want to talk about is be sure that you're using all the knuckles in your
hands, not just, not just the heel of your hand. The heel of your hand is going to play
a toe on your wrist. So we're going to try to look for the comfort and use, catch as
much strength as you can. Next thing you want to do is come up to your toes, cause we want
to get your outside of your knees, to the outside of your legs. And again, it's a balancing
pose, takes a time. And again, be able to, if you have a friend, you can take the strap
and I can give her a little assist and support, so she can see how this feels in her body.
She still needs a lot of strength in her arms, takes a lot of focus, and this pose is about
focus and strength in the arms. Use the inhale to gently bring the feet back down and then
just realign your body. Enjoy this pose.
