What's so great about My Little Pony that convinced you to become a brony?
It was not so much a decision. At one moment you're just watching the show and then you stumble upon a site with other people who enjoy the show.
Then you approach them and start talking about things, and apparently that makes you a brony.
I know that it may sound abnormal, but I don't get what's wrong about abnormal things. Why does everything have to be normal?
While it's typical about the community that everybody just tolerates each other. I find that very, uh...
But you were the one wearing a mask all day...
Not that much. After you left I actually spent a longer time there without wearing the mask.
And I don't know if that was just a premonition, or uh...
I think that many are afraid to get confronted with people they know in real life. Like "Are you really such a *** that you're watching a show for little girls?"
There are even people going as far as to call you a ***, which I don't understand. Just how does liking a cartoon makes you a ***?
- So it's a very fantastical something? - Mmhmm!
Is it also to escape from reality?
There are some stories about people who like get bullied at school, at work, or having an abusive father. They are very depressed, and watching the show just grants them a moment of joy.
It's just happiness in a nutshell.
Let's get ourselves a Happy Meal, perhaps we'll get a pony with it.
Ah I appreciate that, it'd make a nice keepsake.
-Yes? -Yes.
I've got the yellow one... You finally got your own My Little Pony.
Ah, look at that.
-Yeah, do you want mine? -Then they can be happy together, or something.
