Moving on to dancers pose. Let’s begin standing in mountain pose with our feet about hip distance
apart. Now let’s take the left leg, bring your weight on to the right foot, we're going
to lift the left ankle into our hand. And perhaps staying here for a moment or two to
feel the stability. Let’s extend the right arm out to the front. As we begin to lift
the left leg behind the body, keeping the chest lifted, pressing our ankle into our
hand. We'll come back up to center. Releasing that, move on to the other side. Bringing
all of our weight onto the left foot. Lifting the right ankle into the hand, extending left
arm out to the front. Beginning to extend, opening the chest, continue to press the ankle
into the hand. Lifting back up and release.
