So you put the door onto the teflex sheet just as much as you want, and it depends on
how you think you want to have the cracker or the dough. Then you put the plastic over
it, press it a little bit flat, and then you take a rolling pin. It doesn’t what rolling
pin you have, you can have this old fashioned wooden one; you can have these new rubber
ones, it doesn’t matter. Anything that rolls is good. In an emergency, you can use a bottle.
So roll it nicely onto the teflex sheet, and if you want to, take the plastic off. Now
the dough that sticks over you just scrape it off and put it on there. And that you can
do with any dough, flaxseed dough, nut dough, breads, whatever you want to create, it’s
always the same function. Then if you want to leave it like it is or if you want to make
cracker types, then you can have it two versions. Leave it like it is, put it in a dehydrator,
or you can make crackers out of it. You just slice it like that and then you put it on
a dehydrator sheet, put it in here, close the door, and then you switch it on. We have
timed it; otherwise, you can switch it on on top or plug it in. Then you dehydrate it
usually for 8 to 9 hours, and that’s it.
