Now that we have our vegetables in the oven, we're going to start working on making our
rice cakes. So, we're going to take our rice which is now cooling enough to touch, and
we're going to scoop it out into our bowl. So, as you can see, this is still a little
bit wet, and we actually want it that way, because we're not going to be adding eggs
to this. We're simply going to be adding bread crumbs and just a little bit more Parmesan.
Now, we're going to mix this all up together. I'm going to do this first to let the cheese
incorporate, instead of getting buried in the bread crumbs, and that's why I'm going
to add more now. Alright, once these are starting to stick together and take in the palm of
your hand like this, and then you're going to squeeze and that's going to put out a moisture,
as well as, roll them into cakes, and then they should hold together like this; and then
we will go ahead and do that again; right here in between both, squeeze; all your liquid
should be out and I want you to press it together and then we'll just go ahead and form them
into cakes.
