Put the flour and water in a mixing bowl. Then, mix well.
Add 1/8 cup of water in the mixture and mix well again.
The dough should look similar to this when it is done.
On a pre-sprayed baking sheet, put the dough on top and roll it out.
Roll the dough until it is very flat and then spray a little bit of olive oil on top.
Spread the chopped up green onion on top of the dough.
I used too much green onion in this video.
Sprinkle a little bit of salt and then roll the dough into a burrito or snake shape.
Cut the dough in half and curl it into a spiral circle.
Close the ends by pinching the ends.
Roll the dough out as thin as possible. If you want the pancake to be chewy, make the layer thicker.
In a skillet over low to medium heat, spray olive oil and place the green onion pancake inside.
Pan fry the pancake until both sides are golden brown color.
Cook each side for 1-2 minutes.
