My name is Mohamed Hamid. I'm going to speak about what is Positive Thinking
I think one of the most important goals in your life is to end negative thinking
If you really want to be happy and successful, you need to be positive
When you substitute your negative feelings with positive ones, you will be cheerful and successful
There are many factors compelling people to think negatively, but they can be summed up in 4 factors
Justification is the first aspect
For your negative thinking. When you justify your lack of happiness to this and that
You let your negative thinking and feelings to control your life
Therefore, you need to stop justification!
The second aspect, refusing to admit the reasons behind your anger, lack of happiness and blaming others
For that, you need to stop asking questions and making excuses and that is a main feature to stop negative thinking
The third aspect is the indifference with others
Many people have their images and self-worth, based on others' opinions
If you stopped thinking about what others think of you, then you'll be able to end negative outlook
The fourth aspect and most important, is to handle your own life
If you said, I am the one to blame, ceased judging and blaming others
And handled your life, that will tolerate the secure of positive thoughts
Hence, make it your intention to be positive and end negative thinking
Make it your aim to be positive, accountable and productive. Control your thoughts to be only positive
I think your life will change for the better and that's exactly the aim
If you thought positively and used positive methods, you will have goals and solve all your problems
Your life will flourish and you will be blissful only when you decide to be a positive person today
