Hemorrhoids can be very uncomfortable and painful for to sit through. I'm Dan Carlson
I'm a nurse and I'm going to help you learn how to take care of your hemorrhoids. First
thing first get rid of the irritation you can always use a cold compress. The best way
to use a compress is to take a cold compress and to lay face down pressing over the site.
It may be embarrassing but you might need a family member with it. Next make sure to
use baby wipes or a moist toilet paper when wiping after a bowel movement. Increasing
fiber always helps, increasing water intake helps as that will make your stool softer
and easier to pass. You can always use medications like creams and suppositories which are most
effective in relieving any pain and discomfort. If the area persists to be red, sore or if
you notice any bleeding you may want to speak to a physician about that. And he can take
care of that for you in the office. Basically the best treatment is a medication but you
might find these a little helpful too. That is how to care for hemorrhoids. I'm Dan Carlson.
