Hi I'm Clare welcome to this month's wellness blog. We've come full circle, it's been a
year, we're back where we started but we've learned quite a few things along the way.
At least, I have.
So over the past twelve months, we've gone through different things around diet, stress, family
life and really over the 12 months, I noticed the more stress I have, the more other things
go to the wayside, so bringing that stress down has been a huge component.
I've really tried to make the journey about me and really stick to my exercise routine. I've
done a pretty good job with that. Trying to eat more fruits and vegetables, that's been
one of my goals, and while I've done a really great job, I think that's going to be my goal
for next year as well.
Trying to work in a little bit more structure around our family time and the house has really
been a wonderful improvement. I actually use some of those skills in potty training my
two and a half year old.
