In this tutorial we will look at the user interface
and cover the main functions of the Manager module.
This is the Manager main screen.
You can access all functionality from here.
Here in the User Menu you can change your password and configure the Manager Settings.
The Status Center displays important call center information.
It will also provide a way to resolve an issue if it is possible.
The Manager Module uses a tabbed based user interface.
You can change between different tabs of data quickly.
You can close a tab by clicking the X button.
You can also click the Middle Mouse Button to close the current tab under the mouse cursor.
A lot of Setup screens will contain a list of items on the left, in this case it is a list of Campaigns.
On the right, you can enter more information about an item you have selected.
The Campaign view holds all relevant lead information.
You can select a campaign
and a date range
and then load this information by clicking the Refresh Button.
In this Campaign we have some example data displayed in the Dial List Grid.
