Hi, this is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. Now we're going to talk about picking out
potatoes for your soups. Typically you want to find one that is cracked free, big side
right now you can see this one is kind of green. So when we go and start chopping it
off you have all this greenness in there. It's not quite done so that is a lot of extra
potato that I can throw away. It won't really matter if we're not using the skin, this one
looks pretty good. As far as sweet potatoes the same manner, these are bit irregular inside,
this one looks fine but when you turn it over you notice a there is a big crack in there.
It becomes hard, you don't know what can be in there and when you get home, you're going
to have to cut that one piece off to use. It's a good amount of potato that you wasted.
