Hi, my name is Richardo Macedo. I'm a personal trainer from R Fitness in Kensington. I'm
here today to show you some good tips.
I will show you how to do some exercises. I will show you how to do it and how not to

Let's get down to exercising. I will show you some new things. Today, we are going to
demonstrate on how to do sit ups properly.
Fendi is going to demonstrate. Bend your knees. Put your hands behind your neck for support.
Inhale in and as you breathe, out you go up, not too high. That's the difference; with
a crunch, you just work your abs. So your back has no need to go all the way up.
This concentrates the muscle exercise to your abs and not your back. You can start with 15-20 and then increase
intensity over time.
