Welcome to SWING PDF Converter for Lotus Notes.
In this example we'll see how to create a PDF package
from a Lotus Notes document view. We're going to convert some typical Notes
documents.
These documents may include images,
tables and rich text content.
Now..
Let's select the documents that we wish to export to PDF,
click on the PDF icon and choose whether to create a single PDF package
or separate PDF files. In a moment
the new PDF package will be created. Any file attachments will be automatically
embedded into the PDF
in their native format. Once the conversion process has been completed
you can save, email or copy the PDF with a single click.
Now let's take a look at the created file. A PDF package
is a single file which acts as a container for other documents.
It contains a view with sortable columns.
Clicking on any document will display its contents
in the mainframe.
