My name is Brandon Sarkis, on behalf of Expert Village. Today, I'm going to show you how
to make whole wheat bread. Alright, so we're going to take our first loaf here and we're
going to very carefully take and because we used a non-stick pan and we sprayed you'll
see it comes right out. So we have a nice even height across the top here, nice even
looking sides and bottom. Overall it's a very great looking piece of bread. Like here, let's
see we'll turn and you'll see on the bottom there's some of those parts we folded together
but it doesn't matter because it's on the bottom, it's kind of hidden now. So we've
got a really great looking loaf of bread here. The other ones going to be a little easier
just because we don't have to tip it out of a pan or anything. We can just kind of pick
the pan up. Grab a hold of it with a towel and in it's case, I'm going to show you the
bottom of this one came out nice and even. You can see each, individual roll mark. It's
still very, very hot. The top of course came out great with these each, individual pieces
here. So what we're going to do is we're going to put the two of these on this rack we've
got. I'll turn the rack around so you can see it. And what the rack does, the rack keeps
the air circulating underneath and around all the sides. If we kept them in the pans
they're just going to keep cooking and that's not what you want. So you want to get them
on these racks. We're going to let them go about fifteen minutes or so and then we're
going to come back and slice into them and show you how they look. So, with that I'll
see you in about fifteen minutes
