Surgical Instrument sterilization This is the pure station cleaning medical devices
what this allows you to do is use your existing sink platform
for deeper items that come from surgery
demand for smaller badge type processing
which you're doing
most of the day
you can use the pure station cleaning medical device that has all the tools integrated into it that you need
each flushing pump
comes with a lure lock
it's the same lure lock that you would have on a syringe
so anything that you are flushing with the syringe
you can flush with this automated pumping system
this pumping system will pump five hundred and ML of water in sixty
seconds this is about five hundred ML
it's actually do that with a twenty or thirty year old sixty cc syringe would
take somebody couple minutes to do that
to relocate that amount of water,
the way that the
tube hooks to the device
would screw down or you would hold it down
and then you would hit your start button
start buttons are all timing based
we have a thirty second timer
a one minute timer and a three minute timer
we also have a pulse feature
so that if
a device is packed with
soil or debris
what this pulse feature would do is rather than having
to go back and forth from a sonic
to brushing
to soaking
you would just hook it up to the device
Hit the pulse feature
and that pulse would
in combination with the enzymatic detergent that you would use would hit
the clog,
back it up, hit it,
back it up hit it and the combination of all that should release any type of clog
after a few minutes.
the caddy reservoir
enables you to keep your cleaning solution separate from the inner basin
where you will deposit debris
you have a pickup tube that sits down into the resevoir
you connect your lure lock to the device
and you can see the flow
out through the distal tip
this particular device if you had a hundred
ccs of water flush through it
and you were using a twenty cc syringe twenty ml syringe
you would need to use five of these to flush..
Whereas
with the pure station medical cleaning device flushing pump
hook it up
and flush it for fifteen seconds
The Pure station station surgical instrument sterilization
has been designed to around strict guidelines which state states a sink
basin needs be six-and-a-half inches deep
that also needs to accommodate large
mesh tray,
each unit
also has a device
drain catch system
that will filter out small devices as well as any implant screws.
and then on the exterior of the
drain itself is a tear shaped reservoir
it is used to measure
different chemicals that you would use
depending on the applications. On the inside of each basin you'll have water
volume marks that will allow you to appropriately dilute and match the volume
marks on the tear reservoir
with the volume marks on the side of the basin so that you can appropriately
dilute your chemicals.
We have overflow drains
so that if somebody does get pulled away from the department as they're running the
water
the water will just drain down into the sink below
and you will not have any overflow it also acts as transportation handles for
removing the unit from the sink
and or relocating
the pure station surgical instrument cleaning from one sink to another.
each pure station medical cleaning device comes with a tool caddy system
with a mesh bottom.
