Hi everyone! I'm PetterKun and this is my first youtube video.
Today I'm going to show you Raspberry Pi's unboxing.
For those who doesn't know, Raspberry Pi is a credit-card sized computer, run by an ARM processor.
It costs $25, around 25€. Adding shipping costs, it turns to 30-35€
We shall not beat so much around the bush, so let's get started.
I must say that it arrived just a while ago, when I ordered it a month ago.
So it really took a long time to arrive, as they're a little overbooked.
It's only because it's a nice product so everybody wants it, and right when they begin producing, they send them.
Here we have this tiny box. Let's open it.
Opened! As you can see, it's "Raspberry Pi, sent by RS Components"
And this is the logo. I like it, it's kinda cool.
Let's take a look inside... if we can get it. Oh cool, it opens this way.
Here we have the quick start guide, which I think it's on the web... it's in English.
Here's the Regulatory Compliance and Safety Info... yeah, more papers.
Now we have some protective foam.
And here it is, RaspBerry Pi! As I said before, it's so tiny.
Opening... Getting out... And voilà!
Yeah, pretty much credit card-sized.
Here's Raspberry Pi's logo.
There's an HDMI port, as it's able to reproduce 1080p videos. Amazing.
Also we can find an ethernet port and two USB ports; for keyboard and mouse, I guess.
This is plug for headsets, and an audio jack to connect it to TV.
And here there are some pins to make your own circuits.
Depending on which pin you use, you can for example light some LEDs.
There's the SD card slot, a little hidden.
It's going to be the main drive, where the OS will be installed.
Definitely, it's pretty good.
This was worth 35€ (shipping costs incl.), not bad at all.
Let's check its size, for true!
Here I have a common ID. As we can see it's the very same.
Only the USB port and jack projects a little over the ID, but it's only normal.
And... Nothing more. It's tiny, and I like it.
It comes along with CE certify.
I believe we have already finished this unboxing, as there's nothing more to show.
Afterwards I'll show you how to install the OS in another video,
or how would it be seen in TV, as well as trying to make some software.
So, that's all! I hope you've enjoyed this video. See you!
