Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Tx and on
behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole shrimp sausage recipe. We got
our shrimp our pork in the bowl we've added our holy trinity the red, green, yellow bell
pepper the onion and the celery, we've added our garlic and scallions both tops and bottoms.
We've added some basil actually we haven't added the basil yet we've added some parsley
now were adding the basil that we cut, and were using fresh basil. If you wanted to use
dry go right ahead one and a half times as much for the dry but I recommend if you take
the time to do this take the time and chop up some fresh herbs. So now were trying to
get everything mixed together were building in layers so that by the time we get this
mixture to our grinder everything should be evenly spread out. Looking really good shrimp and pork it's a
good combination, with our basil added to the mixture we'll move on to the next step.
