Hello again, we've been working hard at NPELRA to enhance your membership
benefits and we're excited to announce that we have revamped
out Career Center. You now have access to resources
such as video tutorials, websites, and documents
full information to make the job hunting experience as effortless as possible.
Our Career Center is unique because it is a hub for jobs
throughout the nation that are specific to labor relations
and human resources. Members may post jobs for 30 to 60 days
and non-members may post for 30-days. Your job posting comes with access to current
resumes of qualified job seekers and advertisement in our
newsletter, through our social media outlets, and on our website
to access the career center go to the NPELRA home page
and click on the "Career Center" tab.
Once here you'll see where to search for a job, post a job,
edit your job listing search resumes
post resumes, edit your resume, and all the resources that we've gathered for you.
In order to post a job click on the link,
and fill out the application. Here you'll put in your contact info
and the ad info.Once you've filled in these fields
you can select your member rate:
for one month or two months, the non-member rate for one month,
and then and enter your payment information. And lastly we highly recommend that you
create a username and password
in order to access your job posting at a later date.
To post a resume, click on "post your resume"
fill in all the fields
for members this feature is free and for non-members it's a twenty five dollar
fee
and then once you get through the
application, at the bottom you'll see where to post
your actual text. And we again we recommend that you select a username and
password
so you can edit your resume at any time.
