Now before we cut it don't forget we put this in the freezer for about an hour and then
we allowed it to cool from there to room temperature an additional hour. So now we're ready to
go ahead and cut our first slice and approximately a good size is about an inch and a quarter.
Now for some people that's king of difficult to determine, I kind of determine it by my
thumb knuckle. So I just make a little slice right there except don't cut your thumb. I'm
going to go ahead and cut that down nice thick slice. Oh that's beautiful, see how the curls
made the design right here. Really a unique piece, and each piece is going to look very
unique and nicely done. They all smell, oh, you can just smell apples in this room, smells
like a whole bushel full of it.
