Salmon meuniere
◆Ingredients◆ 2 salmon fillets salt and pepper flour vegetable oil ◆Garnish◆ 4 fresh shiitake mushrooms 8 "shishito" (* shishito=sweet green pepper) 1 packaged salad 1/2 tomato
Sprinkle salmon fillets with salt and pepper, and let stand for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes…
Coat the seasoned fillet with flour, and heat oil in the frying pan, and fry. (Skin-side down.)
Cook about 2 minutes. When skin well-browned, turn over and fry the other side, about 1 minutes.
After 1 minutes…
Cover with a lid, and pan-frying until cooked through, about 12 to 13 minutes.
After about 12 to 13 minutes…
Check the fried salmon. When you are ok, serve in a plate,
and garnish with grilled vegetables (shiitake mushrooms and shishito), packaged salad.
To finish, cut the tomato into wedges, and garnish with it.
