On behalf of Expert Village my name is Andrea Spano and I'm going to show you how to make
crab cakes from my new book Not Just Desserts. Now we are going to add the rest of the ingredients
as I did before I personally like to snip my basil into the sauce. It also if you have
a light cutting board and you are trying to cut the basil sometimes it leaves a green
color on the white cutting board so I try to avoid that anyways we have the basil. Put
a little bit of black pepper, you add your salt, we are going to use paprika and paprika
I use here to actually give the sauce a little bit of a pink color so that it looks pretty
over your crab cakes. You see where the sauce is boiling that would help reduce it, you
also see how the color of the sauce is turning just a little bit pink. Alright put a little
bit more I love color okay.
