Today's makeup is inspired by the picture of the Russian model Anne V, which I saw recently.
If you want to know how I did this gold green smokey look perfect for a party, keep watching.
Foundation is already done so let's go straight to the eyes.
You need to use a primer if you want your eyeshadow to last all night. Apply and blend
out with your finger up to the brows. I am using the Maybelline color tattoos for
the base. A darker grey and a gold one. They will help eye shadows appear more intense.
Take some of the grey base and with your finger apply it on the outer third of the eyelid
by gently patting the color on. Then blend the upper line with a blending brush. Pick
a color close to your skin tone and with the same brush apply it on the crease and blend
slightly above. Then with a smaller fluffy brush and a slightly darker color further
deepen the crease like so. After that I am taking this olivy green eye
shadow from L'oreal and with your finger tap it above the grey base.
Next take the gold base and using your finger again apply it on the inner part of the lid.
On top of that apply a bright gold eye shadow. To make the eyes more dramatic draw the line
on the outer part with a black shadow and start feathering it in to blend it with the
green. Then blend so there are no harsh lines. Now highlight the brow bone. As usual apply a white
base and a highlighting eye shadow on top. Then take a super bright green eye shadow
and with your finger slightly apply it on the center of the lid. This will really bring
the greens on the eyes forward. With the pencil brush apply the black eyeshadow below the
lower lash line on the outer part of the eye. Next apply the olive green eyeshadow with an
angled brush on top. On the inner part of the eyes use the golden shadow.
Then line the upper and lower lash line, with black eyeliner. Next you want to apply the
gel liner above the upper lash line. Since my eyes are a bit hooded I won't take the
liner all the way in, but you can do it if you want. After that curl the lashes and apply
your favorite mascara. I will now finish the rest of the face and come back to the eyes
for some final touches. I've decided to apply soft pinky blush for this look. And a similar colored lipstick.
I'm also lining my lips to make them look a bit fuller. On top I chose this berry colored
gloss for a nice shine. This could already be a finished look, but I want to make the
eyes stand out more. Here I am applying gold glitter on the inner part of the lid. This will really emphasize the gold shadow on the eyes.
And then you need to wait for the glitter to dry. Alright, once its dried apply the glitter on
the inner corners as well. This eye-makeup would look so gorgeous on girls with green
eyes, but in general colors I've used really complement everyone.
Time to apply some false eyelashes. I am using the duo lash glue to apply them. Lastly, I
am just correcting the line with the felt tip liner. And we're done. This look is perfect
for a party or a night out. I hope you find the tutorial was helpful and see you soon!
