Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we're going to make what we call a stuffed
Cajun swamp log. I just took our swam log out of the oven and we're getting ready to
serve it. So as you see we cut through and there is our stuffing for our log I'm going
to slice off another piece here. Remember there is three eggs across here so you want
to use a spatula cut through there and you get a nice piece so go ahead and take this
end piece put that right there too. You want a little of our brown gravy with the mushrooms
and I like to put that around so there you have it. That's our stuffed Cajun swamp roll
(log) and bon a petite.
