Would you like your barbecues to be the most popular among your friends?
If that's the case, I'll show you how to cook meat perfectly.
The grill should always be clean so the meat won't stick.
We'll lightly oil the grill with this rag.
Now we'll turn it on.
If the meat is in the refrigerator, take it out 15-30 minutes before grilling
so it will be at room temperature.
I've already seasoned these pieces of meat.
I'll place them on the grill
and wait until they have grill marks.
The time it takes depends on the cut and thickness of the meat.
Now, I'll turn them over and wait.
If you're looking for medium rare,
the thermometer should reach around 120-125 degrees Fahrenheit
and the meat should be soft to the touch.
If you want it medium,
the thermometer should reach between 130-135 degrees Fahrenheit
and the meat should be a little less soft to the touch.
Now, if you want the meat well-done,
the thermometer should reach 160 degrees Fahrenheit or higher,
and the meat should offer minimal resistance; it should be firmer,
almost dry, but that depends on the cut.
