Hi everybody it's Cindee Rifkin - Self-care Educator.
And I wanted to share
about the research that I did this week and
that research contains valuable information for me
and really valuable information for you as well. So this week
I felt dispassionate and
it comes and it goes but this week was a little bit hard
I felt like I was comparing myself and
was giving into these insecurities and
not feeling like good enough, enough of anything
right, it was just all these sensations that are moving through me and
all these thoughts that wouldn't stop, did you ever get those?
Thoughts that wouldn't stop. Well
they did stop and they always do
And it was amazing, I got to express that
to Cynthia Cherish Malaran
my coach and
things changed and it's a really beautiful thing that when we speak
the truth there's a shift, an automatic shift
and I had to go through that as we all do
so what I always see it as is an opportunity. So whatever you're moving
through maybe it's an opportunity for you
to see something else or something that's gonna take you
to this part of your path that you're going to learn
something really really awesome
So, keep going, really keep going, and
know that you're worthy of
