Coming into standing hand to big toe. Shift our weight to the right side. Spreading through
our toes, feeling grounded, move to the left, lift the left foot up. Bringing that hand
to meet and let’s clasp the big toe, clasping our index and middle fingers around the bottom
of the toe, clasping the big toe with the thumb. Standing up nice and tall, let’s
extend that leg out to the front, if this feels pretty good, we're going to open that
up to the side, bringing the right arm out to the side for stability. Coming back to
center and releasing that. Another option here, if you can't quite get your hand to
the toe, this is a wonderful pose to use the strap. We're going to be lifting and extending
and again we can still open up to the side by using the strap.
