Next we'll be coming into a pose called cradle the baby. Let's begin, sitting up nice and
tall with our legs extended out in front. Let's take the left knee in towards the chest
and we're going to hold onto our ankle. Keeping the ankle flexed, let's slowly lift that foot
up. Now, this may be as far as we're able to get, maybe this is even too much and we
just need to rest the ankle on the thigh, otherwise, we're going to be drawing this
leg towards the body. If we're able to, resting the foot into the crook of the right elbow,
wrapping the left arm around. So, the front of our leg becomes like that baby that we're
cradling and we can start to rock through the hip, back and forth, creating some gentle
movement and then coming back into center and holding for a few breaths. When we release
this, we want to hold onto our ankle and slowly release that down.
