Alright, now we're going to start making our vinaigrette for our green beans. So we'll
take our garlic and put that in our bowls. We're going to measure out about a tablespoon
of red wine vinegar and we'll put that over our garlic and then we'll measure out about
the same amount of dijon mustard. We're going to stir this to incorporate, make sure there's
no chunk's in our mustard and that our red wine vinegar gets absorbed by the mustard
and that we don't have bits of garlic escaping. Now we're going to thin this out and we're
going to do that by slowly streaming in about four tablespoons of olive oil.
