What are you going to cook for us today? Caramel Custard
Ingredients required for Caramel Custard
Milk, Sugar, Vanilla Essence, Eggs & Cashew Nuts
Take a bowl and add half litre of milk, four eggs in it
Add half cup of sugar into the bowl
Now mix them well
Now to make caramel, heat a pan, add some sugar in it and cook it until it turns into a syrup
Now spread the caramel into a heart shaped mold
Now let the caramel stay in the mold for three minutes
Add two drops of vanilla essence into the bowl & mix them well
Now add the egg and milk mix into the heart shaped mold
Now cover the heart shaped mold with the silver foil
Boil some water in a big cooking vessel
Now place the shaped mold into the vessel & cover it with a lid
Now let it cook for 30 minutes
Now remove the heart shaped mold from the vessel
Now cool the heart shaped mold in refrigerator for 20 minutes
Now take a bowl and place the frozen milk mix up side down
Now top the dish with some cashew nuts
