In Kamchatka, the slope of the highest volcano in Eurasia Klyuchevskoy started down the fiery
lava flows. Now lava heated to thousands of degrees Celsius, is moving at a speed of 100
meters per hour. This was reported by a leading researcher at the Institute of Volcanology
and Seismology Alexey Ozerov.
Lava is descended from a height of 4750 meters to 4200 meters (as of 6 am Moscow time - Ed.),
Reports "Interfax". Now in Klyuchevskaya Sopka observed weak earthquakes, ash emissions virtually
ceased. Scientists project that the lava will go for 15-30 days
