First select the object you want to resize to see the frame around the object
Click one time of the object when object is selected
Now you can rotate the object keeping mouse button pressed on the curved arrow
Only selecting the object you can resize the object horizontally and vertically
Click the object again to stretch the object
When clicking the object four times when object is already selected you can change the object's perspective
First we create a new document
Then you import a picture
Next you click the second mouse button to open the picture in CorelDRAW PHOTO-PAINT
Let's enlarge the windows
Then choose the path tool from the toolbar from the left
Let's zoom
Now you need to start making a clean path all around the object to remove the object from the background
A great tip here is to make the path line slightly inside the object so you can be sure there won't be any unwanted areas next to the object in the end
If you make accidentally a useless line then press Ctrl+Z to undo it and then you can continue making lines again
Another important advice is when you zoom your picture when making the path then you need to click the previous path point to continue making a clear path again
When you encounter a curved point (like now in the video) when making the path you can keep pressing the mouse button and then move the line so that the shape is curved like in the object
I am moving the image by pressing the middle mouse button
Let's speed up a little!
To finish the path you need to click the same point what was your first point
Now choose "Mask" pull-down menu which is above of the screen -> click "Create" -> click "Mask from Object(s)"
Then choose "Mask" menu again and click "Invert"
Next click "Edit" from the above and then "Delete"
Like you see we have one small area remaining next to the arm of this chair so we need to remove it too same way like I did before
Like you see we have one small area remaining next to the arm of this chair so we need to remove it too same way like I did before
Again: click "Mask" -> click "Create" -> click "Mask from Object(s)" Then: click "Mask" again -> click "Invert"
Next: click "Edit" -> click "Delete"
Last thing to do is: click "Mask" -> click "Invert"
Lastly you need to click the "Finish Editing" button on the top of the screen and click "Yes" to save the object
Now you can return to the main CorelDRAW program to see your object without the background
First we import a picture which one we are gonna edit (click "File" -> click "Import" -> choose the picture)
Click second mouse button and then click "Edit Bitmap" to go to the Corel PHOTO-PAINT, there you can use the new Smart Carver tool
To use the Smart Carver tool click "Image" menu from the top of the program and then click "Smart Carver"
That opened the Smart Carver tool window and below you see all the functions that are related to this tool
Now we need only the red brush to paint the area we want to remove and text field to choose the brush size
In this example I want to remove the picture on the wall and only thing to do is to paint the picture using the red brush
Make sure you paint the object's shadows too so the end result will be the best possible
Now we click the button where two arrows are pointing inwards toward to a red spot
After clicking that button it may take some time when the program processes the image
Here it seems it left a small grey area into the wall but clicking "Background Fusion" button below of the window the grey area disappears too
Then just click "OK" to stop using the Smart Carver tool
The Smart Carver left an unrealistic shape to the above of the window but using "Crop" tool we easily remove the unwanted area
When you are satisfied of editing the picture just click the "Finish Editing" button at the top of the program and click "Yes" when it asks to save the picture
Now we return to the main CorelDRAW program to see the edited picture there
When comparing the original and the edited picture we see that Smart Carver is very useful when you want to remove specific areas from the picture without leaving traces of editing
