Who wouldn't like to be a SuperHuman?
In the movies they are strong, smart
and have no weaknesses.
SuperHumans are challenged
by many forces not only physically but also mentally and yet they win!
For example, just recently
I wanted to become
a Catwoman
after watching The Dark Knight Rises
Ahh, OK this is another story...
I called this challenge The SuperHuman Challenge
Why?!
Just because it is going to challenge you not only physically,
but also mentally.
It's worth it!
The challenge is going to last 9 weeks.
Challenge has two parts
nutritional part
and a training part.
Let's start from nutrition.
For every week I've prepared you a new challenge
or say, new set of rules.
First challenge you get will be the longest one.
Because it is going to last from week one
till week nine.
And every week you will have a new rule joining a previous one.
Be strong!
Talking about this week
first challenge in your diet
is eliminating grains.
No bread,
no porridge
I think you get the idea... I will elaborate on this later.
Should you be interested to see what I'm eating
and what kind of recipes I use
then you are welcome to visit my Pinterest board.
dedicated to this Challenge.
I'm going to post food i'm having or going to prepare.
As we know from movies and life, all SuperHumans have super bodies.
And it doesn't matter to me what SuperHuman means to you
Is it a boxer?! or a gymnast?!
Is it a martial arts fighter?
Or a guy doing parkour
All it matters is
a unique ability
to trust and control their bodies in an amazing way.
So wouldn't you like to be in the best shape of your life?
I would love to!
Wouldn't you like to get a body, lean and strong,
so that you can forget illnesses,
fatigue and depression?
I thing this challenge
is worth doing!:)
And if not,
just get yourself a beer, and ciao!
Ok, I just joking!
Bare with me and keep watching! :)
I am going
to challenge myself
with Shaun T workouts
called Insanity
and Insanity Asylum.
Insanity means "Insane"
So my training routine is going to be
6 days of workouts and 1 day of full rest.
In the middle of a week, there is going to be a workout
called relief,
which is less intensive with more stretching.
So, 4 weeks of high intensity,
after these will be followed
by 1 week of recovery trainings
with workouts less intensive
with more stretching
and after relief week will be followed
by 4 weeks of high intensity again.
...
Shaun T workouts
made of
high intensity intervals with plyometrics (jumps)
...
have a lot of cardio and strength exercises.
Most of exercises are done
with your own bodyweight. If i'm not wrong, there are only several workouts where you are going to need
dumbbells.
If you do not have the Insanity
or Insanity Asylum
you can still join the challenge and substitute these workouts
with other programs,
until you get
Insanity.
Once you get them you can then include workouts to your exercising routine or just continue with your routine.
May be Jillian Michaels will help out?
So, The Challenge starts today!
The Challenge starts today with Fit Test!
If you do not have
Insanity DVDs
Please perform these 4 exercise I name below (Push ups, Power Jumps, Burpees, Plank Oblique crunch)
Perform every exercise for 1 minute
count how many repetitions you did and write down
Fit Test
assesses our current fitness level
and helps to monitor our progress.
We will be doing the fit test every two weeks
Results of my fit test
I'll post every 2 weeks
on my Miss Why Fitness Facebook page.
You are welcome to visit!
So this was a brief description of what is going to happen
next nine weeks.
I hope you will find it challenging enough to join me.
As I see it, challenge is going to be difficult for everybody! :)
Joining the challenge
not only you will improve your figure, but also teach you
many new healthy things about healthy food choices. And if you will be able to stick to the challenge for all 9 weeks,
you will be very thankful to yourself in the end of the challenge.
Join me! Together it is more fun! :)
