Good morning everybody.
It's 9 A.M. It's Wednesday, May 1.
And, as always in the North Country, another beautiful day. We're going to do
The Ogdensburg Border Station board meeting first this morning.
And then, we'll go directly after that, to our regular
Bridge and Port Authority board meeting. I'd like to call our meeting to order.
We have a business item. And, Wade, why don't you...
I'll turn that part over to you. Certainly, thank you Mr. Chairman. This is for
Supplemental Lease Agreement number 16, with General Services Administration.
To make a long story short, what this is, it's an extension...
of the lease agreement for the space that the Border Partrol
rents from us on a temporary basis.
It would expire December 31, 2013.
And, annual-wise, this is a
$64,000 agreement. Very nice.
I can't imagine a disagreement over this one. (chuckles)
Is there anything we have to provide for them on this, Wade? Or anything?
Or is just a matter of...where we (unintelligible) for them, and they just...
No. Everything is well spelled out in the lease agreement.
And, this is just the extension of
temporary space...while the...
while their...home is being renovated.
Okay. Well, I'm glad they thought of us, and...we can provide
that service for them. Can I get a motion? I'll move the resolution. Okay.
Second. All right. Any further discussion?
All right, all those in favor signify by saying aye?
Aye.
Aye. (chuckles) I heard a lot of ayes.
You're reading. (chuckles) Lost. I am sorry.
Do we have any concluding comment from citizens or the board?
The Border Station? I see not.
The next meeting will be announced. I need a motion to adjourn. I'll make that motion.
Second. Second, Doug. All those in favor, signify by saying aye? Aye.
Okay, that meeting is closed.
