In today's economy, property owners and managers
are constantly searching to outsource their janitorial needs,

Property owners and property managers, they're always looking for new tenants,

so as soon as someone moves out of an office, we'll go in there,
we'll clean up, we'll clean the carpet,
so, for a prospective new tenant, it's brand spanking-new.
First impression: 'here's a clean-looking office, I like, where do I sign'.
Same thing with a property manager, a rental apartment, or a house,
soon as someone moves out, give us a day or two to go in there, clean it up,
and then you can show it as a nice, clean;
clean carpets, clean windows, clean bathroom, house.
First impressions can be everything: would you rather rent a clean house,
as opposed to 'oh, look at that, a lot of potential, but...'
Hmm, hmm. And businesses as well.
And when you have the tenants or business needs,
these people might want a more regular cleaning.
So, do you have a checklist or a way that helps them make the best choice?
Absolutely. We have a checklist,
and everything is tailored to a property manager's needs.
They want, based on if they want the drawers cleaned out, inside and out,
with a toothbrush, we'll do it.
Obviously, the more intensive the work, you know, the more it's gonna cost.
But, anything is fair game in this business.
And I'd think that it would be easier than replacement...
