To understand deviation Ratio it is helpful to know
what the entire testing cycle is on a ZYTO scan.
We test about two VSIs a second
and when we start we measure
and calculate the body's energetic posture and we call that the baseline.
The next thing we do
is we output the stimulus,
or the VSI, the Virtual Stimulus Item,
and then we measure the body's response
and compare the response to the baseline.
The difference between the two is then expressed
in terms of what's called a dR or deviation Ratio.
