Let's make a dessert - with yoghurt, glazed chestnuts and round barley rusks.
Place the yoghurt, sugar and lemon zest in a bowl and mix with a whisk.
Add the gently beaten fresh cream.
Fill a piping bag with the mousse you have prepared. If you don't have a piping bag, you can easily make one using a sheet of wax paper.
Roll the wax paper into a cone shape, fill it with the mousse and fold its top to seal.
When you are ready to use the mousse, snip the tip of the paper cone off.
Place some of the yoghurt mousse in a glass, crumbling some barley rusks on top.
After that, add the chestnut custard and top it off with more of the yoghurt mousse.
Garnish with crumbled glazed chestnuts.
Glazed chestnuts are perfect with this dessert.
