Hi Fellow Health Enthusiasts! I come to you from my kitchen where I am chopping up onions
and other yummy veges for a vegetarian Taco Salad from allrecipes.com. This is one of
my favorite sites to go to for recipes. This is where I got my recipe for this yummy dish.
What I love about this website is you can filter recipes out by healthy options. They
have tons of vegetarian recipes (I am a vegetarian). Some of them aren't so healthy, so you really
have to filter through them. What I like is they provide the nutritional breakdown for
each recipe. If you use something like myfitness pal app, an app that helps you calculate calories
in and your exercise to make sure that you're on target for the day, you'll be happy to
know that a lot of the recipes on allrecipes.com actually come up on that app. So, it makes
it easier to plug it in and be able to keep a check on your nutrition, your calories,
and if you're trying to lose weight or gain weight it helps you to keep track.
Putting the ingredients together is actually very easy. This recipe took me all of about
5 to 10 minutes max. I get this nutritious, delicious meal. So much better than running
out for fast food. This is so much better. It's going to fuel your energy so that you
can get through your workout. Your body will be able to use these nutrients to build greater
muscle tone and help you to feel fabulous! Isn't that what it's all about? More energy?
