Alright our mixture is now starting to boil up a little bit so we're going to reduce our
heat to about 4 or 5. We're going to take another 1/4 teaspoon of salt and the same
of pepper and we're just going to dust the top of that. We're going to take our olives
and we're going to drain them. We'll take about 4 olives. Again, I'm using black but
you can use green if you prefer those. And we're very gently going to cut them in to
rings.
And then we're going to take our tomato and we're going to cut off the top and discard
it. We're going to cut the tomato in halve and then with the meat side facing up, we're
going to cut three lines and then we're going to dice them. This is going to give us a little
bit of chunkiness and firmness to our sauce. We'll do the same thing to the other side.
And then when they're both chopped up, we're going to add them our sauce.
